oh dear. it's already july. the last time i wrote an entry was a month ago: june 3rd. i can't believe i let a whole month go by without writing another diary entry somewhere in the middle of june. well no, i can believe it. i've been having these guilt trips of knowing that i haven't written anything. it's a guilting feeling to know that i've had this blog for nearly seven years but i'm losing that blog-loving feeling. yes, i am losing that loving feeling.. and now it's gone.. gone.. gone (whoa whoa). umm, yes. seven years. seven years is 1/3 of my life. if you think about it, having kept 1/3 of your life in text stored in some data base server somewhere is kind of amazing (or just really nerdy).

a few weeks ago, i had the joy of having lunch with my third grade teacher and three other old classmates. it was fun dining with my favorite elementary school teacher. mrs. kim is probably the most animated teacher i know. she speaks with so much expression, it's no wonder that so many kids have loved her as a teacher. cliche as it may be, but there are never any dull moments with her. in between dining, we shared stories about ourselves and reminisced on our 3rd grade memories. when the bill came, she wouldn't let us pay and told us to treat her out when we have real jobs that pay. (we're all currently living conservatively luxurious lives on what a college student's salary can afford.)

i can always expect mrs. kim to be the same. i swear the woman does not age. the woman must have eaten ambrosia or some other food of the gods to stay as physically youthful as she does. but the truth is probably because she's asian, and asians don't seem to age much.

for the past month, i've been yoga-ing it up. it's fun, and i like it. i am also on the path to being extra bendy. soon i will be like elastic; that is the goal. eventually, i may impress someone down the line and be mistaken as a contortionist and be forced to join the circus. that day may be sooner than you may think. cirque du soleil, anyone? jay kay.
